About the role
Your role will be working directly under the Director Toby Drew. Your standard responsibilities will lie in the management and everyday running of the business whilst assisting Toby and other team members in building and preparing our business for future stages of growth.
This role is a full-time position, with the option of completing a traineeship in Business Administration.
The salary is to be set as per the industry award.
The key elements of the role will include but not be limited to the following:

Manage multiple emails and shared calendars, i.e. meetings, reminders, task notifications, calendar management, task allocations, follow-up tasks, and more.

Assisting the Director and management team as advised.

Preparation of correspondence.
-
Attend meetings with the Director and take sufficient meeting logs.

Assistance and management of company information
-
Policy, procedures, processes, forms and documentation
-
Company accounts/subscriptions and likewise
-
Manage Insurances, Legal, and Equipment log
-
IT Services, third-party communications and liaison
-
Document filing to appropriate locations (hardware and software)
-
Assistance in conducting industry research and development
-
Communication with team and third parties i.e. prospects, clients and likewise
-
Support and implementation of marketing strategies
-
CRM management
-
Contribution to future growth planning as well as cashflow updates and projections
-
Assistance with Human Resource tasks i.e. preparation of templated contracts, team review reminders and booking of meetings and likewise, preparation and creation of position descriptions and job advertisements

Personal errands and organisation
