Can a Custom House be a Passive House? Yes we build to a base 6 Star energy rating, however, Toby Drew Homes can take your dream home to the next level and build you a Passive House. Toby Drew Homes are one of a few Australian builders that are accredited in building a Passive Home.
Can we supply certain items for the build? Yes, one can supply and install different items throughout the build, subject to mutual agreement with our administration & construction team
Do you specialize in knock down rebuilds? Yes. Toby Drew Homes can create your new dream home and coordinate the required resources required for a knock down rebuild project.
Are you flexible in different types of construction & materials? Yes. As you know construction materials are always being updated so Toby Drew Homes are open to new ideas and products (subject to our construction team reviewing).

Do you build on sloping blocks? Yes. Toby Drew Homes specialize in building on sloping land & are experts at designing new homes that suit these sites.
Do you look after planning permits? Yes, we have our own in house Planning Team with many years’ experience dealing North Brisban councils.
Do you offer colour consultations? Yes. It can be quite overwhelming choosing your colour scheme, we provide professional advice and samples to put your vision to life.
